Inclusive Physical Activity to Promote the Participation of People with Disabilities: A Preliminary Study

Background: Physical activity brings improvements in the quality of life all individuals, disabled and non-disabled. There is little evidence literature inclusive physical which non-disabled people participate at same level.
 Objectives: The study aimed to demonstrate effectiveness an training program, structured such a way as encourage for participants with without disabilities, improving body composition, explosive strength, endurance.
 Methods: A sample twenty-four subjects (mean age: 24.09±3.92 years), 12 non-disabled, was selected. Quantitative input output data were recruited 16-week intervals using battery tests: anthropometric measurements, Vertec Squat Jump test, Yoyo Endurance Test. During 16 weeks, followed appropriately program four mesocycle any differences. Input compared employing t-test dependent samples.
 Results conclusions: results showed statistically meaningful alpha level set 0.05 three parameters tested. These confirmed proposed protocol on improvement tested participants. strategies didn't jeopardise achievement overall objectives set; contrary, BMI, endurance strength 4.8%, 4.3%, 56.2% respectively observed.
